While eating fruits and vegetables is good way to avoid processed food, some fruits are better than others. First the good news, a banana is actually good for you – that was the only picture of a fruit we had.

- Coconuts – 1 cup of coconut is 33g of fat in 466 calorie. In comparison, a McDonald’s Big Mac is 24g of fat and 490 calories.
- Anything canned or frozen – how bad is it? Fresh strawberries have 53 calories, Frozen? 245 calories!
